Time Flies When You're Wedding Planning
Getting engaged and then choosing a wedding date for months to years out may seem like an eternity, but trust me, time flies during this time in your life. As someone who was engaged for almost 2 years I know firsthand how quickly time passes and have some important advice for brides when it comes to wedding planning. Plan ahead, strategize what needs to get done, and don’t leave things to the last minute. Have a schedule and create deadlines for booking vendors, picking out invitations, and all the little details that go into your big day.
With all the other events during your engagement like your bridal shower and bachelorette party, you’ll be a lot less stressed and have more time to enjoy these special occasions. As much as I love design and know how important it is, logistics are just as important and need to be thoroughly thought of too. Creating a detailed timeline to ensure the day flows properly is essential. Do this a few weeks out and be prepared for any last minute changes. Utilizing your time management skills and being organized will guarantee a more relaxed wedding day experience. And if logistics aren’t your thing or the idea of planning your wedding gives you anxiety, hire a planner. We’re here to help and will take care of it all.
There is no reason for this to be a stressful time in your life. After seeing your wedding date quickly creep up on you and you’ve been enjoying the process all along, you’ll know that hiring a professional was the best decision.
